Artie received his ordination in 1983 after receiving his Bachelors in Biblical Studies from Global University, since then he has poured out his heart into R.O.C. Youth Ministries reaching out to the inner-city children of the greater Los Angeles and Orange county. After visiting Metro Ministry in New York the vision was given a firm direction. He does motel outreaches, church VBS programs, teaching churches through Children Ministry Conferences, and local Children department teaching seminars. His desire is to reach as many children who will most likely never see the inside of a church and those that may be involved in Children church but may have need of a boost. And to date has been blessed in seeing many, many children give their lives to the Lord.
Today Artie is involved in reaching beyond his US borders and two years ago traveled to Uganda Africa and was so blessed by the people and the children. His heart has been touched to return and continue the work that God has placed before him to bring hope to thousands of children that have been orphaned by war and civil unrest and parents that died from aids over the years, as well as children that have aids and are cared for by the local churches. One of his life verses is Psalm 71:17-18 “ O God, You have taught me from my youth; And to this day I declare Your wondrous works. Now also when I am old and grey headed, O God do not forsake me, until I declare Your strength to this generation, your power to everyone who is to come.”
